    How many support officers does it take to fix a simple clerical order? Apparently more then 8


    so support completely screwed me out of my preorder due to a simple clerical error that I have been trying to get fixed since the 4th.

    over these 3 days I have spent approximately 5 hrs on the phone to customer support in over 8 separate conversations of which several assured me there was no issue and I would receive my order on time.

    I am about to cancel my order Which still is no closer to being fixed and go to someone who actually appreciates my buisness. I will never order from your online store again especially not any preorder that needs posting.

    If anyone reading this is considering ordering something, don't! go to your local computer store or games store where they actually care about your buisness.

    Poor form Microsoft!! 20 years loyalty and good will destroyed due too the negligence and incompetence of your support team.

    how many watts does it take to play a game ?

    if the original black xbox one then you need minimum of 220w or more, i would not trust any power supply off ebay, xbox with full load playing battlefield 4 comes out at 135w then you have to add the external storage and kinect, try and get an original supply.

    Just Fix It Please How Long Does It Take!?

    Look ive changed my gamertag for about maybe 6-8 times and i never had a problem now all of a sudden im having a problem.look you guys are gettin $10 from all of us why not fix it to get the money.see when the money thing came out instead of microsoft points
    i changed mt gamertag no problem Now Its being stupid PLEASE FIX IT

    Can you only get the Sunlight Spear miracle in NG+?

    Nice...I figured it would be the same kind of deal as the mages' spells in NG+, but wasn't sure about how it worked with restrictions as far as belonging to a covenant. I noticed that the cleric build seems to be designed for use with more emphasis on support
    (the Princess Guard miracles for healing), or offense, with the Sunlight Spear. You can't have access to them both at the same time. That's kind of a cool take on role of a cleric.

    i think it is something to do with a 100% packet loss issue many people are apparently getting an i talked to someone on xbox support and they said they are trying to resolve the issue and i asked him for some indication on how long it may be taken to be
    fixed but found that it was stone walled so i will ask here if any Microsoft employees see this how long is the fix expected to take it is all i would like to know as i was suggested a factory reset but the time to reinstall/download would be more of a hassle
    so if an expected fix time was presented i could see my options
