I have two questions... the first one being

How many points do I receive per dollar if I'm star rank 2?

&&

if I go to GameStop and buy Microsoft Points, do I get points for spending that Microsoft money on the marketplace? or do I not get anything because I bought it as a currency?

15,000 myRewards never got credit off punchcard

when will i recieve the 15,000 points per game off the punchcard for my rewards i should be VIP by now should be getting double my points

If you have a gold subscription, you earn 4% back on every $10 you spend in the marketplace. If you don't have gold, you earn 2% back.

With the exception of the offer for making your first purchase, it doesn't matter what payment method you use for offers.
