The list of people still waiting here for codes is outrageous!

It has now been well over a month since I should be eligible to receive them. I was told to wait the full month but there certainly seems to be a larger problem here than just waiting for the batch to come through. Soooooo many people are complaining on
the forum here it seems hardly an isolated event. I would appreciate a prompt repsonse please. It seems to take days to get any sort of reply on here. All a bit unsatisfactory. thankyou.

Gears of war 4 codes for purchasing

I have been asked by xbox support to post here,

I have still not received my codes for gears of war bundle included in the purchase of gears of war 4 for the backward compatible titles.

You can go and buy Gears of War 1 to 3, and Judgement but 4 is an Xbox One title anyway and not yet released.

However at the moment none of the Gears titles are on the backward compatibility list.

As a suggestion try and make your thread titles a bit more descriptive. Many folk on here are avoiding threads just mentioning backward compatibility because it is usually just people begging for an invite.

The codes are sent out in waves. They were scanning gamertags and sending out codes once a week. They also state that it will take a few weeks. So I would just wait. Here is ther FAQ,

It used to be every Backwards compatible game, but some are working again. Gears of war Judgment and COD: Modern Warfare 2, for example, were not working. Now, they are. But, I'm still waiting on Borderlands 2, Lego: Star Wars the complete saga, and Halo
4. I do not have 2 step sign in on my Xbox One X.

The website you're linking to is actually for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition promotion and not the actual promotion for Gears of War 4. You can find more info on that promotion

HERE. To clarify, only codes for the Backward Compatible titles are sent. There is no promotion that offers the Remastered Ultimate Edition currently.
