How many days do it take for an Xbox series x to get fixed at Microsoft

I bought a Sony PlayStation 5 which fixed it....

Microsoft doesn't care. The series X has so many stability issues it's not even funny. I'd take a red ring of death over this thing any day.

Same problem here. Im on series X. It seems to be a controller issue with that particular game. I used a xbox one x controller and it worked perfect. Its been doing this to me since day one of Vanguard. But it doesnt do it on other games. Hope you get it fixed! I know how aggravating it is.

Factory does not work and has never worked. Xbox tells us to do that becasuse the lazy scumbga refuse to fix there crappy series x.

I have owned a series x since day 1 and have done a factory reset over 70 times and still get multiple issues the lazy scumbags refuse to fix.

You can try to get the controller replaced if you have other controllers. If the controller is able to connect to your phone through Bluetooth, then it most likely isn't the controller that has an issue. You can get the Series X fixed by Microsoft, and the entire repair process takes around 14 to 21 days after you ship it to Microsoft.
