How long will it take for the repair order to show that it has arrived at the service center?

Hi,

I started my service order on July 18th and sent it in with the shipping label on the 20th. Is there a way for me to track it through USPS to make sure it arrived properly or will the page update by itself eventually like it says with "check back later?"

Yes, it will automatically update itself, the average time of service is 14 to 21 days. Once the service center shipped back your device, you will receive an email regarding this.

There is a certain delay to update the order on the website when the device arrives, it doesn't usually take long to be updated. But if the device has already left your home and arrived at the repair center the repair order will not be canceled.

I, unfortunately, cannot tell you if it will take a long time or give you a specific date.

I shipped my xbox for repair through my local post office with tracking and it arrived there a couple days ago. Xbox still shows waiting to ship out. How long will it take to update and show it is there?

From the sounds of it your unit has arrived at the repair center but hasn't been checked into the repair system yet. When did it arrive?
