How long is the countdown sale going until?

I'm curious SirFlibble where you got your sales info of how many were sold and how long the sale lasted etc.... seems a little detailed for just disgruntled customer to have gotten.

I didn't buy the game but recall seeing the promotion... it was my understanding that the countdown indicated how long the sale had to go, not a countdown till when the sale was on. I wasn't interested though so definitely didn't read any fine print or whatever....
it seems very odd though.

The sale that is on now is the countdown to Christmas sale. There won't be a big sale like this one until sometime next year.

Hi, one additional suggestion- Xbox typically has a yearly "Countdown" sale that starts just before Christmas and lasts through at least the end of the year. The last couple of years, it's also had a massive number of titles available at a discount, similar
in quantity to the Black Friday sale. I think it's a pretty safe bet that there will be another such sale this year announced shortly before Christmas. That said, while there are usually a huge number of games on sale during the Countdown sale, if you're
looking for a specific game that's on sale during the current Black Friday sale, there's no guarantee that it will be on sale during the Countdown sale too. If you just want to get him started with a few great games that happen to be on sale, though, it might
be worth it to wait until this sale. Hope that helps!

Same problem for like a month. I wonder if everyone has this problem and how it is affecting sales!

It looks to be a glitch. According the Major Nelson, it's not on sale today -

It's probably going to be one of the daily deals and they posted the wrong ones.
