    How long is a permanent suspension for?


    I am a first offender and i said something i shouldn’t have and got permanent suspension. So i am wondering how long i will be banned off of my account

    How long is a permanent suspension for?

    It's most likely not a permanent ban, but there is an issue with enforcement happening that is telling everyone who has been getting a suspension that they are permanently banned, but the ban won't show on the enforcement site. You can try contacting support to see how long the suspension is, but they won't have information about why you were suspended and they can't lift the suspension. Until the enforcement site is fixed, it is not possible to get more information about the suspension.

    Have you checked the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com to see how long the suspension was for to make sure that it was a permanent suspension?

There's currently an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment.
