How long I Must wait to Get Deposit ?

I Pre-ordered 3 games of the List and i got 15000 Credit on 26th JAN

and its 31th thought you guys deposit it in 30th ,, How much shall i wait?

or if i cancel My Pre-orders , will i lose the Credit??? maybe i couldnt afford it :/

How long must I wait?

Ive been muted by "terms of service" I got the free hearing and review, but its been 2 days and I havent gotten a reply. How long must I wait or should I give up since its Microsoft and they probably don't care?

I pre-ordered Street fighter 30th anniversary collection, which is supposed To come with a free digital copy of ultra street fighter 4. It's been a week and I still haven't got ultra street fighter 4. Am I supposed to wait longer?

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month. So they should be deposited by mid-February.

Since you've already earned the credits, you would still keep them if you cancel a preorder.

This depends how long you have waited. If you bought it in the past couple of days, you will have to wait until the 30th before you get your Microsoft Points.

Microsoft Points earned through Xbox Live Rewards are deposited into your account on the 15th or the 30th of each month. You must have a minimum of 100 points pending for them to be deposited.
