How Long Does Xbox Design Lab Controllers Take?

I just ordered mine two days ago, I was checking the status on it and it says processing, so I asked a friend cause he has a design lab controller, he said it usually take 2 or 3 weeks, so is there a way the controllers can come in earlier than 2 weeks?

It's possible they could get it done quicker, but since it's a custom item it does take 2 to 3 weeks.

Thanks for the reply! In regard to a Design Lab controller, they have a 120 day standard warranty, the Elite has a full year and any standard or other controller/accessory is subject to the 90 day warranty. Here are a couple of handy support articles that

As you're having an issue with a design lab controller, you may wish to go ahead and
