    how long does xbox.com to process funds and transfer it to your xbox


    i just bought some xbox gift cards to use up my amazon balance, and i redeemed them on the website not my xbox and I've waited a little and still haven't been able to buy anything, and the gift cards are not on my balance. any idea why?

    Xbox voucher not honoured

    If your transaction does not show up in your order history then It becomes a code/ voucher issue in a worst case scenario the code was processed and the funds never got transferred through the cloud to your Microsoft account in a rare instance like that
    my only recommendation is to contact xbox support for further help https://support.xbox.com/ good luck and hopefully your issue is resolved.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. After checking your account, we found an issue with our Credit transfer method. We have escalated this to our platform team, who should be able to transfer the Credits manually. We can confirm an amount of 19,800 Credits
