How long does it take to unlock an account?

So to start - for context (and I did explain this to MS) - I previously had attempted to purchase Minecraft by using my primary account. First time was back in 2010, via yahoo, it didn't go through cause the site (Mojang) apparently doesn't accept other emails (only conclusion I have). Sent a form to support, never got a reply.

More recently, I tried again, this time with gmail, same thing with my yahoo - when attempting to login, site says "This account doesn't exist" and when trying to create an account with that same email, site then say "this email is already in use". Even tried freshly made gmail accounts, same as before.

So VERY VERY recently, I finally decided to create a new hotmail account. THAT worked. So then I could FINALLY purchase it and play it.

Then 3 days later "Your account has been locked because you have violated MS's ToS". All I did was play the game that I bought. I used the email for nothing else (and no, not risking going through those "popular" hack servers I hear about on youtube - I like my computer being alive).

So I try to enter a phone number on the thing that says my account is locked. It refuses the number, it doesn't load, just instantly says "we cant use that number" (It can receive texts and I can contact them directly with it, if I can, they can too). So I go straight to live agents and find out WHY it was locked, first it's "Questionable Activity", again merely used to play the game I bought, then I'm told it's merely because it is 3 days old.

Seriously? They think I'm a bot? I passed the captcha thing, I didn't make some random letter random number name account, AND I BOUGHT A PRODUCT. They are a gaming company now and should know that many ppl who play minecraft are KIDS, and very likely, will create brand new accounts, and that warrants locking an account????

Finally, I'm told it will be resolved. I'm told to expect an update in a couple hours. Hours later, no update. I contact them again, same thing "wait a couple hours" and they wanted me to fill out some form. It's now been several hours since then.

So, how long does it REALLY take to unlock an account where I did nothing wrong, nothing criminal, I didn't violate anything, and all I did was USE the product that I bought from them??? It feels like I am being stalled. Patience is wearing thin and I am REALLY REALLY not "satisfied" in the slightest.
