How long does It take to get your Minecraft marketplace application to go through

As per checking from the official website here's what it says: "We cannot give status updates about partnership applications after they are submitted. If you are a good fit for the partner program, our marketplace team will reach out about your application. For assistance with the partnership program please refer to the support inside the Microsoft Partner Portal. "

Also, it says my game pass subscription was suspended.

Subscriptions generally go through straight away. If they haven't then look at your bank statement or view your bank account online, you will need to look to see if there is a pending payment from MSFT or Microsoft Store.

If the payment has not gone through yet, this could be because the bank is thinking it is not you who is making this purchase, so try contacting your bank and discuss this through with them, They will have a better understanding as to why it is taking a
long time to go through.

If it has gone through, but has not updated onto your account yet. You will need to contact Xbox Support to get them to look deeper into your account to see what is happening. To contact Xbox Support, follow this link:

If you see Xbox issued the refund, but the money hasn't been credited back to your bank, please wait a few days. Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days and are applied to the original payment option. Please note that only business days count, and it will depend on your payment provider on how long they process refunds.

It can take upto 3-5 business days but after that it depends on your cardholder agreement sometimes they do the next billing cycle etc
