How long does it take to get the refund?

Once they've approved your refund request, it may take 3-5 business days (weekends not included) to reflect in your account. Thus, it may depend on your bank as to when it may reflect back. I would suggest reaching out to your bank and letting them know that you're still expecting a refund so they can trace this for you and notify you once they're ready.

Also depends what you used like paypal or prepaid creditcard or debit etc

Depending on the card or PayPal for example it can take the next billing cycle or 60 days for paypal

You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us They no longer directly handle refunds so there may not be anything they can do other than just look into if the refund was accepted or not.
