    How long does it take to get my rewards?


    I cashed in 500 gems for two $5.00 gift cards for xbox, but never got a confirmation email on it... My balance hasn't changed on xbox account, but the crown gems were immediately deducted from my account. I've been looking for a way to contact Microsoft,
    but all I see is the forum.

    how long does it take to get answer

    Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. They typically respond to threads from oldest to newest so it can take a few days to receive a response. Because it is the holiday season, they do have extra days off, so they were not here on Friday.

    How long does it take to get my rewards?

    You don't receive emails when you redeem rewards credits. They should show as pending on the rewards site . If not, you'll need to post in the support section of this forum so Rewards support can check into it for you.

    Actually you need to post in the Rewards Support forum now. Punch cards are updated within 96 hours of completing a purchase. I have completed the Games on Demand punch card and have 20k credits pending.

    @brandiesel1 yeah I figured it updates the following month, cause that's what happened this month when Destiny popped up just wanted to make sure. Thanks!
