How long does it take to get an answer from a case review?

My spam folder is empty and my suspension is permanent, not temporary. I never received a single email related to the case review. What do you mean by "buggy period"? The site was broken when my account was supended and it did not show the suspension and the reason or duration. Weeks later the issue was finally fixed and I submitted a case review.

Since it was a couple weeks ago it's most likely was during the buggy period and you had a shorter suspension

There is not a specific time table but it can take a few days.

Also of note, bans aren't instant. They may be weeks removed from the event that cause them, so that conversation may not even be the issue
