How long does it take for the mail to send the email with the code so I can send my xbox one ...

I am waiting for the mail to send an email to me, with a code so I can send my xbox to the microsft by email, I was wondering if there is any way to send this email as soon as possible plus 3 days waiting for this email

i received an email requiring me to send them an email with pictures of my prepaid card to validate it. I sent the pictures

 

Can't purchase points from browser

Every time I click on Add Points it takes me to my Microsoft account. Thing is when it's supposed to send the code for me to put in to access it, it never does and wants to send it to my alt e-mail. I have to use my mothers Paypal to purchase anything but
that's not the issue. I got the code before but now it won't send it again. I'd rather purchase stuff through the computer rather than the Xbox so it's safer for my mothers account. Would the old code still work or how can I change it to send the code to the
right e-mail?

Just need a bit of clarification. Do you mean that you're waiting for a shipping label via email to send in your Xbox?
