    About 15 hours ago, i redeemed a code from Xbox/microsoft into fortnite (cross comms pack) and i havent got the item yet. (The code was succesful and all that) is this normal?

    If you got it from the Xbox store, you need to open the game on an Xbox platform to receive the items.

    Hello rodrigo! Its an “Xbox exclusive” pack in fortnite. So i got an code and redeemed it on Microsoft store, because i dont have an Xbox. But it was succesful and the code got redeemed, but is it normal i got to wait a bit?
