How long does it take for Mircosoft to respond back

So basically, I got hacked recently and I finally got to changed the password so I could login but when I tried the account has been locked, I appealed to reactivate my account to get it back. It has been almost a month now if not a month. I was just wondering how long does this take?

Where did you submit the appeal? If it was via the enforcement site then you should have been sent a reply within 48 hours. You can double check your junk/spam folders to see if a reply was sent.

If it was via a Microsoft Advocate then you should have been given a reference number that you can provide if you need to contact them again regarding this. However, I'd recommend checking your junk/spam again just in case

If the Enforcement Team said nothing changed, they may look at the issue as closed. You may need to open a new post in that forum with new information.



FYI, the enforcement team, as shown in their forum, works 9A-5P PT M-F only.
