    How long does it take for Microsoft to verify the Validation Process that they had me fill...


    I sent an appeal regarding my account that got locked for “violating the terms of service” still don’t know how. They sent me an email with a link to start the validation process I filled everything out. sent an email to John Paul which is the person that was helping me out and after that I haven’t received any news back regarding my account. I did get an email asking me to verify the account which i did and it successfully verified it and after they made me set a new password which I did but my account remains locked and no new info, no response.

    Thank you Daniel for responding so quickly. I read the thread that you shared and I understand if I have to wait a couple of days. It’s been 2 days now since I’ve received any info about the appeal. Got a bit frustrated since after I filled out the entire validation process the person that emailed me from the Microsoft team didn’t reply at all to my questions. But I’ll just give it a few more days to see if they give me any news regarding my account.
