How long does a refund request take to go through.

Hello I had a refund request that got accepted however it's been over a week and I haven't got my money back, how much longer am I supposed to wait?

If you see Xbox issued the refund, but the money hasn't been credited back to your bank, please wait a few days. Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days and are applied to the original payment option. Please note that only business days count, and it will depend on your payment provider on how long they process refunds.

It can take upto 3-5 business days but after that it depends on your cardholder agreement sometimes they do the next billing cycle etc

Haven’t received a follow up email of the result of the request for my refund request yet however I did receive the thanks for contacting email confirming the request has gone through. How long will it take for an answer?
