How long does a message and voice chat ban last

I was trying to play gta but another player [mod removed] kept killing me it got to the point where i couldn't do anything because he wouldn't leave me alone since there is no way to report someone for griefing I told him and I quote " stop being a [mod
removed] and do the world a favor get rid of your system." So how long would the ban last for? And when did everyone start being so soft and weak MW2 lobbys were crazy in the amount of cussing and trash talk but everyone still enjoyed the game this is why
im switching to PlayStation when PS5 comes out.

I hated voice messages and am glad that they've been removed (or haven't been re-added). If Voice Messages are brought back, please give people the ability to DISABLE sending/receiving voice messages. I hated having to stop everything I was doing to listen
to a slow and long voice message. The new text messaging does exactly that now unless you're in a party chat.

But I agree, please fix the bugs with Party Chat and make 'Party Chat' default when you create or join a party. No more 'Turn On Party Chat' after joining.

Hello all your son needs to do is block and report any harassments messages. He should never respond to the messages weather it be voice or chat. As long as he doesn't engage with said person he should be fine and no worries of bans!
