How long do refunds usually take to get back to my account after a refund request was approved?

So my little cousin managed to get onto my Xbox over the holidays and spend $450 in cash on Madden 24. I requested a refund for the purchases on January 5th, 2024, and all my requests (3 in total) got approved on the same day. Since the website said it could take several business days to get the refunded amount back into my account, I had no problem waiting. However, as I continued to check my refund status, the refund request webpage had a warning message for a few days that said that requests could take 72 hours or more to process, or something along those lines. Then, yesterday on January 11th, that warning message was gone but the refunded amount still hasn't been returned to me, despite all my requests still showing that they are approved. Who can I contact at Xbox/Microsoft to figure out what's going on?

I requested a refund for a few packs on destiny 2, They got approved it says refunded but i havent got any money back,

How long ago was it approved? If you originally paid by a debit/credit card then it usually takes 5-7 business days (depending on your bank) after the refund is approved before youd actually see the balance back to your bank account.

The time it takes for refunds to be reflected in your bank account after the refund is approved is generally between 3 to 5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are non-business days). This time may vary depending on each bank, some of them may take longer to process the refund money and others may process them faster.

Due to the fact that the refund you requested was approved on January 5th, please note that January 6th and 7th were Saturday and Sunday, considered non-working days. Today marks the completion of the 5 business days. I recommend waiting at least until Monday or Tuesday of the following week, as mentioned earlier, in some cases, it may take a bit more time depending on each bank. But don't worry, if the refund is approved, you will receive the money.

Same issue here.

Got my refund request approved in 20th of Jan and no sign of my money to this day.

Microsoft says it only takes 2-3 business days for monetary refund after approval but this is taking way too long.

Hello Brayden, requested a refund and had the request approved, they usually respond within 72 hours and if the refund has been approved it does not take long until the amount is in your account, if the purchase has been made with debit card or credit the valo takes longer to return to your account for causes of the financial system.

I have looked at the refund status page, it only says requested approved for both the items but nothing more, usually in order history it will say refunded and show a process bar but still hasn't. I have tried to talk to a agent but everytime it just leads me to the same pages and I never get to talk to any agent. I used my card, refunds usually don't do this or take this long, I did one prior to this and refunded as normally, yeah I saw the delay but it was a few days after I refunded.
