how long do microsoft take to update delivery status on items?

i recently sent back two of my xbox series controllers to get fixed/replaced beacause they have warranty. anyways i sent the two controllers with ups and evrything looked great up until ups sent a notification saying the controllers where delivered {this was yesterday} i then checked and saw on the microsoft warranty page it dosent say device recived even uptill now it says that

From what I have seen in the past, they will continue with the service order

Ok thanks I was just wondering since the order still hasn't changed status

And tomorrow is the last day the controller has to arrive since tomorrow is the end of the 30 days. will Microsoft cancel the service and send back my controller even though they have it or will they continue with the service order? And deliver it past the end of the 30 days you have to send it back.

It can take 48-72 hours for the status of things to update on the site. If USPS have delivered it then it should be there. Haven't seen someone lose something in delivery to the Microsoft returns centre.

If you bought it through Microsoft then it's legit. There should have been an estimated delivery notification when you made the purchase. That should give you an idea of how long it'll take to process, but being the Series X and with stock issues, it could take longer.
