    it’s say I purchased an Xbox live gold for 3 months on November 4 2017 but then it expired on November 28 2017 what’s wrong with it

    Ban not ending when it should?

    My xbox one was supposed to be unbanned on 12/1/17 4:30 PM. As of now it’s currently 4:57 PM. My ban should be lifted, but it’s not? What’s going on?

    Console bans are permanent.

    Console privilege suspensions can be up to 100 days long.
    no some console bans can be lifted
