how likely is it that xbox will release more advanced repair tools for xbox one to the public?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on repair. Unfortunately, this will never happen. Why would they release all this information to the public? Xbox one if not in warranty is unable to be repaired by Microsoft due to they don't
have any to replace it. They do not manufacture these any longer haven't in a long time. Stock eventually runs out and then this is the result. There may be 3rd party repair shops that could fix it for you. As there nothing more we can do I will be locking
this thread.

Phone support has nothing to do with the preview program. Also, seeing as how there is currently a preview update that has not been fully released yet you will more than likely not be added to the program until that one has been released to the public.

They use to make Xbox 360 bundles with mature games such as Gears of War 3. However, this was all before Xbox One was released to the public. The way I see this, Microsoft wants to focus more on the new Gen consoles such as the Xbox One. As a result, they
will sell the bundles for Xbox One rather than Xbox 360. On the other hand, I do believe they should bring back the Xbox 360 bundles for the newer games such as Advances Warfare because there are people in the Xbox community who still have the Xbox 360 and
refuse to buy the Xbox One such as myself.

You may try to update Xbox app and launch it. The Gaming Services is related to Xbox app, installation and launching of Xbox app, triggers the notification on the app to install and update Gaming Services.

Alternatively, if update is not showing on the Xbox app, you may try to use the Gaming Service beta tool - Gaming Services Repair Tool for PC | Xbox Support. To set your expectation, the beta app is testing environment where features that can be improved in the general public released.

No fix Duji, the offline system update diagnostic tool -
support.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool didn't work, my xbox one would never give me the signal that it was working. Looks like I am going to have to send off for repair, but with my luck the repair website keeps giving me an error also!
