How is the email that I used a few months ago now saying it doesn't exist?

Hi Josef thanks for the response… she has not logged into that account nor logged into minecraft since she made the account because it saved her log in information. The only problem we ever ran into was a couple days ago when she tried to get into minecraft. She doesn’t remember receiving any security notifications and has not experienced any problems until now. During that time of not having problems she never changed any passwords or any information of that kind. We have a minecraft realm with a lot of progress which is the main reason we want to get into the account. Is there any solution?

Exists the possibility that your account has been compromised
Did you not remember receiving a security email or notification in the backup email or phone number?

If you never received a security notification I can advise you in this case filling the account recovery form, in that way you're going to submit a ticket with Microsoft account recovery team https://account.live.com/acsr

You can try all the emails you remember or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too.

Sadly, an account cannot be recovered with the gamertag alone.

how do I change the alternate email address? it says can't recognize the computer your using and cones up with an email address that doesn't exists anymore?

I tried doing it but when i used my original email for my xbox account it says, "Email doesn't exist" I think my email for microsoft was deleted so i guess im stuck now?
