How is my account banned, but I still have been getting charged for subscription services?

I don't know why my account was banned, I don't have any strikes currently. I also never received an email from Xbox enforcement alerting me my account is banned. Microsoft says after an account is banned, my account wouldn't be charged for subscriptions. Not knowing why or when my account was banned, and trying to cancel my subscriptions I am charged, I tried using customer support. Unfortunately, customer support is not available to any capacity for banned users. So now I have to hope somehow, someway, someone from Xbox can see this and try to resolve this for me. Having had my account for 10 years (or so I thought), and paying Xbox hundreds, if not maybe thousands in digital content, It's embarrassing for me to rely on this Hail Mary approach to finding closure as to why my account was banned, and what my next steps are.

The enforcement page does not show anything to support why I have been banned. No current strikes, active, completed, or expired suspensions either. If I open the Xbox app on my computer I am still able to use PC game pass services. Additionally, while inside of the Xbox app, If I were to manage subscriptions through account settings, it then opens my Microsoft account on my browser. From there If I try to manage subscriptions I am directed to the Xbox website. Where, If I try to sign in, I am told my account is suspended.

I know that I pay for Xbox PC game pass and Microsoft Realms because of my statements I receive from the bank. Additionally, as previously mentioned, I am still able to use Xbox PC game pass which verifies that I am the account using the subscriptions and no one else is. I haven't started my Xbox in over a year most likely. So I don't know if I am able to use Xbox Live on it or not.

Xbox won't charge for a subscription on a suspended account, so the most logical answer in this case is that the charge is coming from a different account. Have you given your payment details to a friend or family member previously?

I have a bigger problem, I am getting charged for services not requested. I have changed my card number with the Credit Card company and some how they are now charging on that number which has not been used with X-Box or Micro Soft account.

The recent charges are not showing up on the account as purchases or subscriptions.

Unfortunately I do not have any open subscriptions or any family members that share or possess subscriptions with me. Also, the credit card that is charged monthly is not one of my saved credit cards. I removed all cards from my account, but it still gets charged. Amazingly, when there was still human beings working in support, I spoke with a customer service rep and she said everything was fine and the charges would stop. They did not. And the virtual assistant has been more of a hindrance than a helper.
