How is it that I bought Hogwarts legacy digital deluxe 2/17

so I buy Hogwarts legacy digital deluxe edition 2/17/2023 to play on series X/S and Xbox One my girlfriend downloaded the Xbox one version of the game 5/5/2023 she played it all the way tell today 5/13/2023 when I get home and I want to play it that it tells me that I don’t own this version of the game but I can go into my order history and see that I in fact own the digital deluxe edition version of Hogwarts legacy the preorder one. So I ask how is it that I own something but I’m being told that i don’t own it and I have someone that plays on my Xbox One that played it for a week to be now unable to play it. I will not buy another version of a game that I already own. And to be told when talking on the phone with customers support that it will be 24-72 hours tell I can play my game that is just wrong I don’t think I can play it on the series x ether

There is two

Legacy and legacy gold

Legacy had both

You just need to find the xbox one copy in yoir ready to install library

Hogwarts Legacy: Digital Deluxe Edition

All services are running and this error still occurs.

There are numerous reports of this same error.

It appears to be affecting ALL owners of the digital deluxe version of this game. Microsoft store is not recognising that they own the digital deluxe version (and therefore both x/s and the xb one edition).

The store is only recognising they own the X/S version, and not the deluxe version. Which is why the xb one version is no longer being recognised as being owned.

It appears that Microsoft appear unaware of this issue. All we see is people being asked to do the troubleshooting, which will NOT fix this problem.

It is a Microsoft DRM issue specifically with this game. I can't find anywhere that Microsoft has even acknowledged this issue yet.

Today, a few hours ago, it has been reported an error in the Xbox Live Status related with games and the capability of playing them, this applied to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles.

The Hogwarts Legacy: Digital Deluxe Edition should be compatible on your device. Please try to purchase it instead directly to the website. Just make sure that you're signed in with your correct account online.
