    I literally posted and LFG saying that I am helping and offering myself to help them in the game with missions and campaign.

    I even got someone that messsaged me asking if they gave me gold coing on DIablo IV if I could help them. I told them I'd help, but I wouldn't mind trading my help for some gold. We got an amount we could agree on and next thing you know, this person reported me and I got suspended.

    That is very unjust. The best thing you can do is to file a case review. No one here in the community and not even Xbox Support can deal with enforcement actions, Only the Enforcement Team. Use this article to help you submit a case review. I hope everything works out.

    Petition to fix/remove the flawed reputation system

    Petitions are not allowed on the forums.

    False reports have no impact on your rep or whether you get suspended or not.If they did then millions of people would be affected yet they aren't.

    In fact anyone who abuses the reporting system like filing false reports can be suspended themselves.

    Ok well I have reported this person so if he does get suspended, he will know it is me that reported him. If he does ban me, I have a post here as evidence so that enforcement know I haven't done anything wrong.

    I've been on xbox live since it began so you can imagine how many times i've been reported by salty people i've beaten in a game yet in that 17 or so years i have never had a single enforcement action against me.

    I believe there is an automated system in place to suspend someone for sending messages with swear words in but that is only a recent thing,any other report is investigated first before any action is taken so you wont get a suspension just because a sore loser has reported you.In fact anyone who does this on regular basis will get suspended themselves for abuse of the reporting feature.
