How is it possible to solve 16 'hard' rated solataire games (all 5 styles) in 20 minutes?

I look at the Top 100 solataire game board leaders for today's challenge and I see that
everyone in the top 100 finished 4 HARD Klondike, 3 HARD Spider, 3 HARD FreeCell, 3 HARD Ptramid, and 3 HARD TriPeaks games in under 36 minutes. #1 finished in 19 minutes. That's less than 1 minute per game!!

How is that possible? Even 36 minutes is hard to fathom let alone believe possible. If these people are that smart at figuring out hard puzzles they should be spending their time and genius somewhere more applaudable to the world. What is helping to get
these amazing times?

Pyramid Solataire will not finish loading

Since Sunday, 5/14/2017, The Pyramid Solataire Game in the Microsoft Solataire Collection will not finish loading. Pyramid Solataire will load if played from/through a daily challenge, however, it will not load when selected as a stand alone game. All of
the other game choices load.

Taptiles is never rated properly

Is there a slow motion app for taptiles. How can I slow it down. The games with 10 or more puzzles are impossible, should all be rated expert not medium or hard. Why cant you give us more time, say 5 minutes for 10 games instead of 3.5minutes. mix &
match is too strict, should all be expert games. the game is not fun. It is easy to win expert solitaire or mahjong games, but never possible to beat expert taptiles! even your easy games are extremely hard to win.

Sadly, they probably know the answers in advance of starting the puzzles. It's not really in the spirit of the game, and I certainly can't recommend anyone do it, but it wouldn't surprise me to learn they're doing the puzzles multiple
times on multiple accounts or have looked up the answers online.

The problem is the recording.

If I could record at least 20 minutes of uninterrupted video

and store it anywhere (internal Xbox, laptop, hard drive, etc) my problems would be solved.

I don't see how this would in anyway help me.

All but one or two of these replies are starting seem like bots.

Turtle beach had me do the hard resets and that does not last but 5 to 20 minutes

It look me 4 tries, at over 5 minutes each, to get it. It's solvable, but I'd call it Hard or Expert rather than Easy. You'll end up with a long string left at the bottom that solves from outside to inside.

Similarly, there as a "Match Challenge" on the 9th or 10th rated as "Expert" that was a Medium at best, if not an Easy.

I have had this issue before but managed to solve it with a quick and easy solution . I hard reset my xbox waited about 5/10 minutes plugged it all back in and it seemed to work
