How is it possible to add second controller to Samsung TV?

I believe xbox cloud is a great technology for saving earth by STOPING MORE DEVICE.

but this problem is an issue because playing together is help people more in touch together.

It's important for you to know that, at this moment, it is not possible to use two controllers simultaneously through Xbox Cloud Gaming, only one controller can be used at a time. This limitation applies to all devices where Xbox Cloud Gaming is available, not just Samsung TVs.

However, probably in the future the possibility of being able to use more than one controller at the same time in the Cloud will be added. Please keep in mind that Xbox Cloud Gaming is still in beta, so some features have not yet been implemented. We will have to wait for an official announcement from Xbox regarding a possible timeline for this, as they have not provided any information on it yet.

No matter how many times i try the TV doesn't recognise the controller as existing. My Samsung Smart TV does not appear to have the "Allow connections from any device" option. Nor does it seem to have an "Add Bluetooth Device" in the Device Connection Manager menu.

I have the same issue:

* the plain Xbox controller (non elite) connects via bluetooth to the TV and is recognised by the Xbox cloud app on my Samsung TV. I can use it to play games using the Samsung Xbox app.

* the brand new Xbox Elite Series 2 controller connects via bluetooth to the TV and is NOT recognised by the Xbox cloud app.

I tried several attempts deleting the pairing, re-pairing. Turn off TV on the power switch. Re-installing the Xbox app on the Samsung TV.

The result is always the same:

* The Xbox Elite Series 2 controller connects successfully to the TV and is shown as Paired and Connected in the Samsung TVs feature where you add external devices.
* But the Xbox app shows the yellow ! exclamation mark and does not recognise the Elite Controller.

I’ve paired my other non Elite standard Xbox controller now vie Bluetooth and USB, which works both.

Before we proceed with troubleshooting steps, I'd like to ask a few questions to better understand the problem you're facing.

- Are connecting your controller via wired or wireless?
- Are you able to connect this controller before to your Samsung smart TV?
- Try to test it with different controller if you have.

Check your Samsung Smart TV's settings.



1. Make sure your Samsung Smart TV is turned on and connected to the internet.

2. Press the Home button on your Samsung Smart TV remote.

3. Navigate to Settings > General > External Device Manager > Device Connection Manager.

4. Make sure that the "Allow connections from any device" option is turned on.

5. Press the Xbox button on your controller to turn it on.

6. Press and hold the sync button on your controller until the Xbox button starts flashing rapidly.

7. On your Samsung Smart TV, select "Add Bluetooth Device" from the Device Connection Manager menu.

8. Your Samsung Smart TV should now search for available Bluetooth devices. Once your Xbox One controller appears on the list, select it to connect.
