How is it my Account got suspended for four days??

How is it that my account got suspended for four days? When the other player who started everything was talking way more trash way more vulgar than anyone else using racial slurs and everything else you can think of, and left the game right before they lost? Yep my account got suspended for four days as they get to continue playing? Also my appealed was denied and also talked to customer service with nothing that they could do? Didn’t even look into anything in the appeal just straight Suspended my account with no investigation??

It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be suspended. In situations like that, it's best to just report and block.

same here. I got my account suspended for one day and afterwards i couldn't send messages for some reason. And idk how to fix it.

The problem is I got charged for Xbox subscription after I got locked out of my account by 3 days, (Microsoft ultimate/1month). How can they suspend my account and still keep my credit card active and deduct from my card.

it got suspended days later after my console got banned. I wasnt given any reason why it was suspended. Is there any way to check to see if the account is fine and can be used on a new console?
