    COD: AW season pass on One, but not working on 360.

    My brother did the same thing, but he was able to get the season pass on his one and 360. He had the opposite problem I had in that he downloaded it on the 360, then the One wouldn't recognize it. He's not sure how he got the One to finally recognize the
    season pass on his account.

    Sounds to me you might just have a dirty lens.

    I had the exact same problem when I got Kung Fu Panda. The game was mint fresh brand new but it wouldn't read on my 360. So I tried it on my brothers and it worked fine.

    So I stuck in my DVD lens cleaner gave the lens a couple of passes with it and the game started right away.
