    I have over 20 charges for the same game that were charged to my bank account. I can not get any help and am EXTREMELY frustrated. How do I speak to someone about this>?????

    If you are charged multiple times for a digital game, You will need to request a refund for all of the charges here: Request a refund. Once you apply for the refund, you’ll receive a confirmation email and should get a response from the Support team within 72 hours. If you don't hear back from the Support team within 72 hours, check our home page for notifications regarding delays in refund processing.

    • To track the status of your refund request, check your order history.
    • If you have a question once your request is processed, reply to the decision email.
    However, if you wish to contact our live agents, You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

    Sorry you are having this experience, but if you were able to get someone the first time, I would do the same thing again. I won't make excuses for others, but there could be endless reasons the other individual hasn't gotten back with you. If you connect
    with another person hopefully they can pick up where the last person left off.

    Not knowing how you got ahold of someone the first time, but https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us is the way to get through to them with Subscriptions and Billing
    questions.

    the Support website and choose the "contact us" option. One of the quickest ways to get through to support is, when choosing what your issue is, select "subscriptions and billing",
    then "I don't recognize a charge". After selecting those, you'll get an option for a callback from an Xbox agent who can look at the account and help. Again, please be sure to check the hours of operation for Support in your area.
