How I know which account email that use my gamertag on Xbox?

If you already have an EA account linked to your Xbox account, login to EA's website using your Xbox account. https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index

You can then find information about your linked EA account there, check the email. Though most letters are crossed out, but you will have an idea which email is linked.

If you signed up to EA using your Xbox account, it should use the same email as your Xbox account. On my experience that was the case.

Like I know my gamertag but I don't have any clue about which email i used because I deleted the account off of my old xbox

This is my second account using gamertag that I want with no xbox live connected before I create this account. This email is my secondary which I dislike a lot when trying to use a primary gamertag

My son has his own account, which is connected to my email...and my other email is strictly work

It sounds as tho the account, son's (gamertag) setup on the XBox is an adult account using your email assigned to your Microsoft account.

What needs to happen is an adult xbox account (think gamertag) needs to be setup with your adult email used for Microsoft account and then use the family setup and make your childs gamertag on the XBox a child account not an adult account.

It is very likely that you used another email for your Xbox account. I recommend checking all the emails you used. With the gamertag it is not possible to know your account email.
