    Hi, i'm from Mexico, i bought 11 months ago my xbox xs and now i have a problem with the button rb of the controller, doesn't work on the device since yesterday, i try to use my warranty as the manual says but it mention that i need to go to support.microsoft.com, and i did, i complete a form with the data of the controller and my address but i'm worried that doesn't give the needed help here in my town, is posible the change of the controller or the repair of the button here in Mexico, Monterrey?

    i would really appreciate a answer, i don't want to buy a new one just for a button.
