How I can recover my acount if all the information was changed not by myself

Hi im Tom,

This was a begining of 2023 and I wasnt playing games on my microsoft acount (xbox app)

and at may I was thinking about playing minecraft but when i try to log in I see a

stanger e-mail adress and I went check my gmail on which I create this acount and there I saw an

email from microsoft from february that my acount information has been changed and

a security information has been also changed with my email. So i imeditly change my password and

try to get back this microsoft acount and i cant.

So how i can get back my xbox/microsoft acount if "recover my acount" doesnt help me or

how to contact microsoft where I can show all my agrumentation that is my acount like:

-I have conected xbox acount with my steam

-When I open Teams on my PC i see a login window and when i click on my email it will

show next window with other email with the same name.

-I have a windows system on my pc with that strange email

-i have a name and pfp with looks very similarly with that on my youtube chanel which i have 6years

-I have a lot of emails from microsoft with my old email adress and all things like connect my mojang acount to microsoft acount

-I have old used codes for xbox gamepass which I use on that acount

-I have screenshot and videos from xbox games with my xbox name

Please help me because I have games at that acount which is worth some money

and my old minecraft acount on which I was playing when I was little.

Since it's not your account there's not much that can be done as far as recovering the account. The hospital will have to contact Microsoft is they don't have the acount information to log back into the console.

I have the same problem. I got it after I change my xbox region, for correcting billing information. I try to redownload my acount to my xbox, but it not resolved problem. When I singin with my acount, I have not XBOX LIVE fetures at all. If I use another
account, there is now problems with XBOX Live. Any solutions?
