    It will depend on your router make and model to how its done. It is something that has to be done on the router.

    I'm Anirban and I'll be happy to help you.

    Usually these settings are resolved by your ISP(Internet Service Provider), you can contact them and they'll guide you how to make the NAT type open and allow the UPnP.

    UPnP is set to ON by default. I read somewhere that a possible fix could be to put in a DMZ host. Seeing as I was having the same issue before DMZ host, and UPnP - ON.. Should I try UPnP - OFF??
