    Can I ask what you did before this problem appeared?



    You can try opening the Microsoft Store, logging out, then logging back in and trying to start minecraft again.



    If the problem persists, please uninstall minecraft and then go to the Microsoft Store to reinstall it.

    If none of the above work, please create a new local administrator account to log in to the system, then go to the Microsoft Store and install minecraft and run it to see if the same problem occurs. The main reason for this is to rule out whether it is a system problem or a user profile problem.

    Did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account? If you do have the 2FA active, are you able to access the second factor of authentication?
