You cannot cancel or stop billing for the subscription if you have a past due balance due to a payment issue. That will need to be corrected first and then once subscription is current it can then be cancelled so you are not billing again. Here is how
to pay a balance owing on your subscription.

If your oldest son doesn't need the account with annual subscription , you can turn off the Auto renewal.

You can`t simply close an account,you just stop paying your subs but the the account will always remain there as a silver account.
