How have I been suspended indefinitely even though I’ve only reached 6 strikes rather then 8

Thanks Rodrigo for the info but it says I’m suspended indefinitely yet on the email they sent me saying my acclutn was suspended it also said “we look forward to seeing you back on the Xbox service soon” why is that? Does that mean that I have a chance of getting my account saved. I’m very concerned as I’ve spent a lot on my account

As for the suspension, if the behavior demonstrated on an account is egregious, a permanent suspension may be issued regardless of the number of strikes on an account.

Microsoft don’t take permanent bans lightly, and these types of suspensions are only issued after a thorough investigation determines that a severe violation of our Microsoft Services Agreement and Community Standards for Xbox has occurred on the service.

Thankyou for the Reply . I just think it’s rather insane . I’ve not done anything . Not even been on Xbox for 2/3 days . I’ve stuck to all terms and conditions . Not set up any fraud accounts . I’ve done absolutely nothing wrong . I cannot sign an appeal because I have 0 strikes against my name . I try to contact anyone from Microsoft just to know any reason as to why because this ban isn’t justified . It says go to the enforcement page but still nothing there . I’ve been on the community now since the age of 8 . So 16/17 years . Will I lose my online accounts or just the console from this ?

i just got 6 battlepacks for reaching rank 5 even though i am rank 8
