    How get my Xbox 360 games working again on my Xbox x


    So I have a series x , I play left for dead on series Xbox as the disk is backwards compatible, I tried buying a dlc and it said it was premium content and I need to change my privacy settings , my privacy settings on my Xbox x is all open and I’ve never had a problem with billing and buying stuff before , so I tried to access this on my Xbox 360 and ans now it won’t load me into Xbox live on Xbox 360 ans that’s affecting me playing 360 games on my Xbox series x and I’m stuck as I don’t know what else to do

    What’s the exact error message that appears on your Xbox 360 when you try to access to Xbox live?

    In the meantime try this:
    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
    Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

    Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

    Thanks for the information but it doesn’t outline how to keep my 360 games on my 360 and xbox x games on my xbox x using the same login.

    This game is not currently backwards compatible. Based on my understanding of how the Series X is going to work, it should be playable on that system. For now you will need an Xbox 360.

    Thanks for replying. Does not help though. My games are 3D games. Played them for years on the Xbox 360 just fine. I was in 3D heaven, until Xbox One X. Why would they work fine for years on the Xbox 360 but not the Xbox One X? The Xbox One X will play
    them in 2D, but not 3D. I wish I had my Xbox 360 back.
