How Download a Game that Comes with a New Xbox 1

I bought my kids the Madden 16 Xbox One game for Christmas. How do I download the game? I can't seem to find any information about how to do this anywhere.

I know it has to be something very easy that I am missing.

My downloaded game will not start

I bought a new Xbox-One with the game Battlefield 1. I redeemed the code but when I want to sart the game, there comes a note saying that the game needs a disc or that I have to download it from the store and the store says that I have installed the app!!!
What happened there and how can I fix it?

 

Why Does The One Only Have A 350GB Hard Drive?

Come on this should be nothing new. the xbox 360 comes with 4 gigs and you can hardly install 1 game if any on that. But microsoft was generous this year and gave us a 500GB. you should be grateful that you can install or download 10+ games.

Is this a 25-character code for the game?

If so, press the Xbox button (central, glowing white button) once, then press RB (right bumper) until you get to the "Store" tab (the name will now change to "Games") and scroll down to "Browse all games" and on the next screen select "Use a code" and you
can input the 25-character code. Once you confirm, the game will begin downloading.

I can't find the 25 character code. In the description of what we bought it said the following:

Xbox One EA Sports Madden NFL 16 Bundle, featuring a 1TB hard drive, a full-game download of Madden NFL 16, and one year of EA Access.

I took this as meaning a free download. Maybe that's not the case?

 

I did go to the xbox store and searched for Madden 16. But then it wanted to me to purchase it for $30. It was marked down from $60. I didn't see anywhere to put a code in. I may not have looked in the right place. It wanted me to add a credit card,
but I didn't do that because I didn't want to be charged.

 

You would receive a code in the box

Unless you see a dvd on the outside of the box

No console gets the disk separately unless it's from the retailer and would be in front and taped to the box or wrapped in it

 

You wouldn't use the marketplace for free games included in a bundle you would use the codes or the disks
