Rigid game save allocations mean I am often running out of space to save on so many games. Worse than this, the allocation is not extended for other users, so I might only have room for saves in my account which entirely negates the point of being able to have multiple users on one console and makes it really hard for this to be a family pastime. Surely Microsoft has not been so short sighted as to cripple their own consoles wirhout a viable workaround... and not just deleting local profile saves to download later; this is unnaceptible in the long term. So, QUESTION: how does one manually set/control/expand game save allocations for any given game, or better still, where is the setting to allow games to manage their save allocation according to need?

Hi Kin. My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

Unfortunately, this is not a feature offered on the Xbox platform. I recommend submitting feedback to Team Xbox using the Xbox Report a Problem app.

    https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/manage-account/xbox-insider-hub-report-a-problem

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Store.
Select Search, and then enter Xbox Report a Problem in the search box.
Choose the app from the search results, and then select Download.

Press and hold the Xbox button, and then select Report a problem to launch the Report a Problem app.
    Select Report new problem.

Please reach back if you have further questions.

    Thanks,
    Kyle

Then surely that is the game auto saving, if you aint saving yourself and the game does it for you that purty much sounds like an auto save to me.........

I thought I'd given the Goose enough information to answer his own question.

He does actually have the game.

But just in case he, and others, are worried that somewhere at the end of a very complex menu navigation string there is a Manual Save option... there is not.

So the closest thing you'll find to a Manual Save is the process I so thoughtfully described above.

One save at a time only though.

    ME 1 Questioned.

.... Arkham99, that must be how you play then... but it should be common knowledge that one should manually change the difficulty setting themselves
AFTER they've started the game and do so as soon as they have control of their character when the game starts. That is just plain common sense. True you can set the difficulty settings BEFORE starting a new game... however it's always best to
double check as soon as you're in the game's starting area. Just like how you should always do manual saves yourself and not rely on Autosaves.

Xbox one Controller identified as Bluetooth LE Xinput Device

    Exact same issue here.

Manually setting the controller driver to an Xbox one controller won't save after restart for some reason.
