How does one get an XBOX one X repaired in Delhi/India?

I switched on my xbox one X after 5 months and it didn't turn on. All i got was a burning smell.

Its beyond me how an unused xbox can get damaged.

Can someone share how to get it repaired in Delhi.

I tried the Xbox helpline and their online support, it just doesnt work.

Because the x is out of manufacturing

And who knows if they have current stock for replacement

Its best to use non chrome /safari browsers like firefox or edge

Hi buddy,

Yes and it says not supported in my region.

I am from India and I even spoke to the helpline, the executive said that xbox does not provide repair support in India.

This is a huge mess, how is xbox selling in India without any support?

What should I do now?

contact Xbox Support for assistance in setting up a repair at your region's service center, or you may

set up a repair for it yourself online. Once a repair request is made, you'll be provided with the correct information/location to send your device in for a repair.
