How does one complain about xbox 360 customer service?

Hi

Me and my boyfriend were trying to resolve an issue we have with his account on xbox live (he has gold) because it is preventing him from making any purchases. We were connected to a chat which turned out absolutely ridiculous and unhelpful. They asked our
phone number and eventually called us, needless to say the service was just as uninformed and unhelpful. Long story short we were extremely disappointed and would like to complain about the quality of the customer service to appropriate departament but can't
seem to find it. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

So wait, you got Xbox One as a gift and yet your sole experience with the product was talking to a customer rep online? Yet you still maintain you're a "long term Microsoft customer"? How about you ditch the expired (?) game token, and buy a few actual games
before you complain?

I was first talking on the chat support, then they have called us. The problem is I am not from the US and such phone call would probably ruin me we were looking for an online solution or email address. We are currently in Poland but need the support
in English as my bf and his account are in English language.

I hope that they can resolve the issue you are having, and I am sorry about the poor support you have gotten from one of our Ambassadors. This is a problem sometimes, the ambassadors sometimes do not know what they are talking about or getting them selves
in to. The point of an Ambassador is to get the community to be a part of what is kind of the Microsoft experience and use their helping hands. Once again, I am sorry about what has happened and hope your issue gets resolved. If you are any questions, please
