how does myVip rank change

I have a couple questions about the myvip rewards. Am i in it do i get rewarded for the purchases that i make on the marketplace of do i even get some kind of points. Can someone explain how does this my vip stuff work

Chnages to myVIP rank

MyVIP rank changes daily, from $42 away from first star rank, to 51% complete towards the second star rank the next day. Then it changes back to $42 away from the first star rank on 3rd and keeps switching up like this daily. What is my actual star rank?

As long as you're signed up for the Rewards program, you are eligible for VIP. VIP status is based of your star level, or how much you spend in the marketplace. Everything you purchase (except for subscpriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders) will
count towards your star level. You can see how much you need to spend for each level at
http://rewards.xbox.com/terms-and-conditions Once you reach 1 star level you will earn rebates on purchases you make each month (with the exception of the purchases already listed and any purchases
that count towards another offer on the site).

Ranks reset each year, so in order to maintain VIP status, you have to spend either the same amount or more each year in order to keep your level or raise up to another level.

In order to get payback on your non-offer purchases from MyVIP, you must first have at least one MyVIP star by spending $300 on eligible purchases. Pre-orders, game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. By enrolling in the program, you
are automatically eligible for MyVIP. Since you have not earned at least one star through your eligible spending, you do not yet receive payback. More information can be found about MyVIP on our FAQ at (Xbox Live Rewards).

As of October 1, 2017, we have expanded our MyVIP offerings to give more of our members a chance to be treated like the VIP they are. Previously MyVIP was limited to a MyVIP Star Rank, that allowed you to earn a % back on qualifying purchases. The expanded
offerings showcased on the new MyVIP page were inspired by member feedback and give members three different ways to participate in MyVIP:

MyVIP Percentage Back: Earn up to 10% back on qualifying purchases with your MyVIP Star Rank.

MyVIP Perks & Gems: Access special offers and earn MyVIP Gems for a wide range of activities and milestones.

MyVIP Vault: Trade in your MyVIP Gems for a Reward of your choice from our vault of curated prizes. You can read more about each of these different MyVIP features in the next few sections, or on the MyVIP page.

Since Gems/MyChallenges were only created on October 1st, it is not possible to Reward activity that occurred before they existed.

How do i know what myvip rank stars iam and do i move up ..cant find anything. That explains the ranks? What rank im in and how to move up?? Need a table of content! Some 1 help me
