How does Blood Balance Advanced Formula work?

Camaroboy, just google something like "how does trueskill work?" or something similar and you can find the formula and a description for how it works. It's basically a weighted win/loss system.

Absolution was a huge step backwards imo, they need the old formula back which is dropping you into a map where there are heaps of different ways to kill you targets and none of the in-between bits, like when I escape that's it, there isn't a further 'escape
through the alleys' type stuff.

I just love how Silent Assassin, Contacts, and Blood Money worked.

Cold Blooded? Does that work like that in BO2?

Does tact mask or cold blooded work against Guardians?
