How do you update your permissions

I suppose that the problem is on your phone settings.

Have you checked if there is some kind if battery saving functions thst will shutdown the app when isn't used?.

And also the permission the app have on your phone.

So when it comes to the birthdate, you can update it from within your account settings but this would not change the permissions that were given to the account when it was initially created (child or adult permissions). Because of this, even if you do update
