how do you unlock a account on xbox

My account is not banned last time i checked but thanks for the information

You will need to check if you had been banned from xbox services. You will need to call the microsoft support phone number if your account has been banned and beg them to turn it back on.

I think they start somewhere on the Engineer tree and then are playable by all.

And further to that, seems only the Engineer can use PDR's and a PDR is all he's got until he hit the above unlock scores.

You beat Fable the Journey (and somehow survive without your arms falling off in real life).
